Get The Job is sold as digital content with immediate fulfilment. Before checkout, users are asked to agree that delivery starts immediately after payment and that this affects cancellation rights for instant-access content.

If a payment is taken and the service fails materially, for example because paid access is not delivered or the core output cannot be accessed, we will review the case and put it right or refund where appropriate.

Refund requests based only on a change of mind after digital delivery has started may be declined where the user gave explicit consent to immediate fulfilment. That is the point of the consent checkbox before checkout.

The practical test is whether the product was delivered substantially as described: a paid result, access to the preparation pack, and the downloadable PDF when available. Where there is a technical problem, we prefer to fix delivery first rather than force the user into a support maze.
